so we can confirm availability. To secure a reservation, please send a 50% deposit for the designated week. The balance will be due 90 days before your arrival date. Cancellation policy: If you cancel during a time period more than 60 days until your arrival, we will refund your payment. If it's within the 60 days until arrival, we will try to re-rent that week. If we are successful, we will refund, less $500. If we are unable to find a replacement renter at a similar rental rate, we are unable to refund. Thank you for your interest.
